  • Setting Appointments, Payments and File Delivery
    Setting an appointment for property photography is typically by text and/or phone call at (810) 300-9422. Other ways to contact us are through our booking calendar at this website or through our mobile app download. You will receive an invoice notice once the project is complete, typically within 24 hours. Accounts are due within 14 days and considered late after 30 days. Complete access to your files is provided through a download link, active for the duration of your listing providing access your files at any time.

    Effective photo, video and immersive media is essential for presenting homes, estates and business spaces for maximum exposure and impact. High-quality, perfectly exposed and color correct still and motion media stimulate more traffic, promote customer interaction and measurable returns on your media investment.   • What is your service area? Are there mileage fees?
    We serve an area 20 miles outside the city of Port Huron, Michigan with no additional travel charges. (40 miles fee per appointment) Additional miles driven (over 40) are charged .70 cents per mile. We believe keeping mileage rates reasonable makes our service more accessible.
  • What if the photographer arrives and there is no key?
    We understand conflicts may arise, but good communication between the agent, photographer and homeowner can go a long way toward helping complete your photo project. In most cases due to travel time and scheduling, we will not be able to wait for a key. Multiple unsuccessful appointments may incur a cancellation fee. (This is rare)
  • What if we need to cancel, or there is a weather delay?
    We understand that you may need to reschedule due to unforeseen issues or cancellation from a home owner. A 24 hour cancellation notice is appreciated. We shoot in a variety of weather conditions including light rain and snow. If severe weather is forecasted (to include lightning, downpours or worse), we may recommend a new appointment. Indoor conditions are weather-proof, so we may for example, shoot the interiors and return for the exterior shots.
  • Licensing and Making the best use of your image files.
    You have unlimited use of the files (per-listing) for one year or until the listing expires. High-resolution files are provided suitable for MLS or print. Our standard media usage policy allows us to retain ownership of the media we produce without limiting your use of the images through the term of the listing. Make the most of your images for social media, MLS, print ads, Facebook and more. We hope every project we deliver brings consistent returns on your investment. Please contact us with any questions.
