How do I set appointments, make payments, and receive my files?

Accepted Answer

You can set an appointment for property photography by texting or calling (810) 300-9422, or request a date and time on the pricing menu. We expedite your order by selecting the best photos based on the number purchased for the listing. Payment is made at the time of booking through our online secure checkout, which accepts all major credit cards. Cancelled or postponed appointments will be promptly refunded upon request. Delivery of your files is provided through an upload link sent to your email address.

What is your service area? Are there mileage fees?

We serve all of southeast lower Michigan.
(60 free miles per appointment to/from Port Huron, MI) 
Additional miles over 60 are charged @ .70 cents per mile.
Prices subject to change.

Question 4

What if I need to cancel or there's a weather delay?

Accepted Answer

We understand that you may need to reschedule due to unforeseen issues. A 24-hour cancellation notice is appreciated. We shoot in various weather conditions, including light rain and snow. If severe weather is forecasted (including lightning, downpours, or worse), we may recommend a new appointment or shoot the interiors and return for exterior shots. The goal is to make the listing active as soon as possible.

What happens if the photographer arrives and there's no key?

Accepted Answer

Good communication between the agent, photographer, and homeowner is crucial for a successful photo project. Due to travel time and scheduling, we usually cannot wait for a key. Repeat unsuccessful appointments may incur a $75.00 cancellation fee.

Question 6

How can I best use my image files and what are the licensing terms?

Accepted Answer

Our standard real estate license policy allows us to retain ownership of the media we produce while not limiting your use of the images through the term of the listing. Commercial projects requiring publication or advertising placement may need different licensing and pricing considerations. Make the most of your images on the MLS, print ads, Facebook, and other social media. We ensure that every project we deliver brings consistent returns and high customer engagement.
