Our Photography Preparation Checklist is a copyrighted guide to help prepare a home for quality listing photos. Download, review, and share this guide with clients before the scheduled appointment. A custom-branded version can be supplied to agents upon request, providing an additional level of service for your client while building your name recognition.

You can set an appointment for property photography by texting or calling us at (810) 300-9422, or ideally, through our booking calendar found in the service menu. We can also book the appointment directly with the client for maximum convenience. A pre-shoot checklist will be sent to ensure the best possible results. Clients can pre-select gallery photos through a proofing gallery provided immediately after the shoot, or we can expedite your order by selecting the photos for you based on the number purchased for the listing. Payment is made at the time of booking through our online secure checkout, which accepts all major credit cards, or via an invoice generated after a telephone order. Cancelled or postponed appointments can be promptly refunded upon request. Access to your files is provided through a gallery link, or we can upload your files directly to your Multi Listing Service for time savings and convenience.

Additional miles over 60 are charged @ .70 cents per mile.

Out of area projects may require travel, accommodations and per-diem fees.

We understand that you may need to reschedule due to unforeseen issues. A 24-hour cancellation notice is appreciated. We shoot in various weather conditions, including light rain and snow. If severe weather is forecasted (including lightning, downpours, or worse), we may recommend a new appointment or shoot the interiors and return for exterior shots. The goal is to make the listing active as soon as possible.

Good communication between the agent, photographer, and homeowner is crucial for a successful photo project. Due to travel time and scheduling, we usually cannot wait for a key. Repeat unsuccessful appointments may incur a $75.00 cancellation fee.

Our standard real estate license policy allows us to retain ownership of the media we produce while not limiting your use of the images through the term of the listing. Commercial projects requiring publication or advertising placement may need different licensing and pricing considerations. Make the most of your images on the MLS, print ads, Facebook, and other social media. We ensure that every project we deliver brings consistent returns and high customer engagement.
