If you enter the homeowner name and email address at the time of your order, we will automatically send this preparation checklist to your client. How do I set appointments, make payments, and receive my files?

Accepted Answer

You can set an appointment for property photography through our ordering page. Select a photo package and additional services, enter the property information, select a time and book the appointment in about 60 seconds. Clear and simple.

Payment is made before your images are downloaded for delivery. Our online single-button checkout accepts all major credit cards. There is even an option to defer payment until the listing sells through our specialized payment processor built for real estate professionals.

Delivery of your files is provided through an upload link sent to your email address. Discounted media bundles all include pre-built marketing campaigns with templates available for instant social media announcements, flyers and property website. Update your facebook posts with your new listing within minutes of accepting delivery of your files.

What is your service area? Are there mileage fees?

Accepted Answer

We serve all of southeast lower Michigan, primarily Saint Clair and Macomb counties.
50 free miles provided per appointment to/from Port Huron, MI. Additional miles over 60 are charged @ .70 cents per mile.
Mileage fees added automatically to your ordering summary for transparent pricing- no surprises.

What if I need to cancel or there's a weather delay?

Accepted Answer

We understand that you may need to reschedule due to unforeseen issues. A 24-hour cancellation notice is appreciated. We shoot in various weather conditions, including light rain and snow. If severe weather is forecasted (including lightning, downpours, or worse), we may recommend a new appointment. Last minute, particularly day-of cancellations will incur a $75.00 cancellation fee.

Question 5

What happens if the photographer arrives and there's no key?

Accepted Answer

Good communication between the agent, photographer, and homeowner is crucial for a successful photo project. Due to travel time and scheduling, we cannot wait for a key. If there is a dog loose inside and the homeowner is not home we will not enter the house. If there is severe wind or weather that does not allow an aerial flight, we will complete as much of the assignment as possible and refund or re-schedule the aerial portion of the assignment.

In these and similar cases where the photographer shows up for the appointment but cannot shoot the assignment, there will be a $75.00 cancellation fee.

Question 6

How can I best use my image files and what are the licensing terms?

Accepted Answer

Our standard real estate license policy allows us to retain ownership of the media we produce while not limiting your use of the images through the term of the listing. Commercial projects requiring publication or advertising placement may need different licensing and pricing considerations.

Make the most of your images on the MLS, print ads, Facebook, and other social media. We ensure that every project we deliver brings consistent returns and customer engagement.

How quickly will I get my photos and media back?

Accepted Answer

Our media delivery always happens within 24 hours. Our automated editing process sends your files to be edited as soon as the download is complete- so you may receive your files back within a few hours. This depends on the time of day your photos are sent to the editors and the additional services in your listing package.
