We are providers of high-quality custom scanned floor plans with blueprint-like details. These plans are added to every standard real estate photo bundle free of charge for spaces up to 5000 square feet, making our standard real estate photo bundle an unbeatable value. Every space we shoot is scanned floor-by-floor in complete detail- we model the entire space and can even provide GLA property reports upon request. Upgrades include 3d "dollhouse" floor plans with furniture, floor coverings, color and texture. A fully staged 3d walk through video can also be created using the same floor plan scan from the photo shoot, with furniture placement, color and texture inside a full 3d-modeled video walk-through of any interior.
